The Cranborne Practice is trialling a new online consultation system to replace some of the services currently provided by eConsult.

We have sought initial feedback from some of our staff and members of our Patient Participation Group, and the system (called SystmConnect) was positively received.

From the 16^th of April, 2024, we are offering patients the opportunity to contact the Practice using SystmConnect to:

• Ask us about a medication you’re taking
• Enquire about becoming a new Patient
• Request a fit / sick note
• Ask about your test results

You do not need to have a SystmOnline account to use this service, but if you log in using your SystmOnline account or NHS login details, it will save you from having to enter some of your personal information.
